طبيعة الخدمة
يوفر النظام أدوات لإدارة طلبات التسجيل وصفحات الهبوط والعملاء المحتملين ومتابعة الطلبات من قبل المستخدمين المخولين.
المستخدمون المصرح لهم
تستخدم الخدمة من قبل موظفي مدارس رسالة الهدى أو من تمنحهم الإدارة صلاحية استخدام النظام. لا يجوز مشاركة الحساب أو استخدامه من شخص غير مخول.
مسؤولية المستخدم
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة البيانات التي يدخلها أو يزامنها، وحماية بيانات الدخول الخاصة به، وعدم استخدام النظام إلا في نطاق العمل المصرح به.
تعليق أو إنهاء الخدمة
يجوز للإدارة إيقاف أي حساب أو رابط أو مصدر بيانات عند وجود استخدام غير مصرح أو عند الحاجة لحماية البيانات أو سلامة النظام.
حدود المسؤولية
يبذل النظام جهدًا لتوفير خدمة مستقرة، لكن قد تتأثر بعض الوظائف بعوامل خارجة عن السيطرة مثل توفر خدمات Google أو إعدادات الصلاحيات أو الاتصال.
تحديث الشروط
قد يتم تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويعد استمرار استخدام النظام قبولًا بالشروط المحدثة.

Nature of the service
The system provides tools to manage registration submissions, landing pages, prospective-student leads, and admissions follow-up by authorized users.
Authorized users
The service is intended for Resalat Al Huda Schools staff or users authorized by school administration. Accounts must not be shared or used by unauthorized persons.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter or synchronize, for protecting their login credentials, and for using the system only within their authorized work scope.
Suspension or termination
Administration may suspend any account, connector, or data source when unauthorized use is detected or when required to protect data or system integrity.
Limitation of responsibility
The system aims to provide reliable service, but some functions may be affected by external factors such as hosting settings, authorization settings, or connectivity.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the system indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
